Hello all,
Joe KD9DFB and I had a blast working the clubs first field day. I sent out an email to all of you inviting you to come out, hope you all got it, if not I’ll make sure you know for next year. I didn’t really know if I was going to do it or not but decided what the heck, plus still no baby so what better way to spent Saturday/Sunday then to play radio! Anyways we worked a pile of stations under my call sign (KC9JIK) and sent the exchange 2D WI. It started late due to work but by the time we decided to shut it down we had 246 QSO’s, after adding them into the computer our grand total was 238 QSO’s with 8 dupes. In my program I had some QSO’s that didn’t score so our score was 186 but we decided that this was just for fun.
